Venture CO Group is a Budapest-born, internationally grown multidisciplinary group. We took “full-scale thinking” from a founding idea to a working model across five markets — so you never have to manage ten vendors to ship one result.
Our Story
Every group has an origin story. Ours starts with two people, a laptop, and a simple frustration: businesses kept hiring five specialists to solve one problem — and then spent all their energy making those specialists talk to each other.
In 2019, we started small and sharp: grant writing and event organization in Budapest. No office politics, no bloated processes. Just two people who believed that if you take real ownership of a client’s outcome — not just your slice of it — everything changes.
That belief scaled faster than we expected. Clients who trusted us with a grant application started asking harder questions. Can you build the financial model too? Can you handle the business development behind it? By 2020, we said yes — and meant it. By 2021, “yes” included IT hardware fleets, streaming, esports, and web development. By 2022, it meant full software engineering, systems operation, cybersecurity, and data science.
We never grew by chasing trends. We grew by refusing to hand our clients off. Every new capability we built existed because someone we worked with needed it done properly — and we would rather master a discipline than outsource the responsibility.
Then the map got bigger. In 2023, we entered the UK. In 2024, we stopped only building for others and started building our own: our first SaaS products went live. In 2025, the portfolio grew and Uzbekistan came online. In 2026, we crossed into the US and Turkey, backed by group-level corporate development and strategic partnerships.
Today, Venture CO Group operates across five markets on three continents. The disciplines have multiplied. The headcount has multiplied. The idea hasn’t changed at all: one partner, from A to Z, accountable for the whole outcome — not a fragment of it.

Milestones
2019
Two people, one conviction: clients deserve a partner, not a vendor. We launched in Hungary with grant writing and event organization — small in headcount, uncompromising in delivery. The first projects set the standard we still hold: own the outcome end to end, or don’t take the job.
2020
Clients kept asking what came after the grant. We answered by expanding into complex financial and business development consulting — building the models, plans, and strategies behind the funding. Full-scale thinking stopped being a slogan and became our operating system.
2021
We moved decisively into technology: IT hardware fleet development, streaming infrastructure, esports, and web programming. Suddenly we weren’t just advising on growth — we were building the machines, screens, and platforms it ran on. The group’s technical backbone was born.
2022
We extended into complex software engineering, systems operation, cybersecurity, and data science. That meant clients could hand us an idea and get back a secure, running, data-driven product — architected, built, deployed, and defended by one accountable team.
2023
Graphic design, marketing, and streaming services scaled up into full creative capability — and we planted our first international flag by entering the UK market. Budapest-built, globally minded: the group proved its model travels.
2024
Years of building for clients turned into building for ourselves: we developed our first SaaS solutions. Product thinking sharpened everything we do — when you run your own products, you understand your clients’ stakes from the inside.
2025
The SaaS portfolio expanded with further products, and the group entered Uzbekistan — a fast-growing market that rewarded exactly what we do: end-to-end capability delivered by one partner. Five disciplines deep, three markets wide, and accelerating.
2026
Group-level corporate development and strategic partnerships took center stage as we entered the US and Turkey. What started as two people writing grants is now an international group across five markets — still operating on the same rule: one partner, A to Z.
